Sunrise Missions Team would like to once again thank the congregation for their support of the Warm Clothing Drive that just ended. With your generosity we were able to spread throughout the community: over 200 adult men’s and women’s jackets, 38 NEW JACKETS to High Plains Elementary School, 23 youth jackets to Marian House, 3 boxes of brand new scarves (over 300 scarves), many bags and boxes of hats, gloves, mittens, and winter clothing to multiple agencies within the community. The timing of the drive was blessed by God as winter arrived in a rush.

CarePortal continues to grow in Colorado. They have impacted over 5,000 children so far and they offer a big THANKS to anyone who’s helped. If this is your first time to hear of CarePortal, please go to careportal.org and check it out or contact Annette Grundmeier at firstname.lastname@example.org or 719-238-7865. They’d love to have more people helping. CarePortal is hosting a Christmas Party on Saturday, December 7, at Pulpit Rock Church and could use your help. They expect over 300 people of all ages, some 80 families that have taken in family members in need. They would like to send each family home with a new board game or puzzle that they can enjoy as a family. There will be a box in the atrium to collect these if you feel you can help. Also, let Annette know if anyone has a party skill such as face painting, making animal balloons, performing magic tricks, etc. they could share it that evening. Thanks for keeping these needy children in your prayers!
Pray for Diana Beverlin, Carole Allee, and Lynn Marshall, and for the physical, emotional, and spiritual welfare of law enforcement, first responders, our military personnel, and their families.
Please pray with John Alcorn, his family, and friends following the recent passing of his mother, Betty Alcorn.
Please notify Rev. Olon Lindemood at email@example.com of all hospitalizations or if you know someone who needs to be in Care Corner.
